14-day refunds, no questions asked

Within 14 days of payment you can get a full refund without giving a reason. We suggest using the free 7-day trial first to make sure Pro is right for you.

How to ask

Request a refund from the order page linked in your Waffo receipt email, or email [email protected] with your purchase email and order number. We usually reply within 2 business days. How long the money takes to arrive depends on your bank, usually a few days.

After a refund

• The license stops working; the app returns to the free version the next time it checks for updates. Your data is not deleted.
• Fully refunded orders can no longer be recovered.

After 14 days

Refunds are generally not available. For special cases (a duplicate payment, or the app not working at all on your Mac), email us and we'll look at each one.

A charge you don't recognize

Seeing Waffo or Waffo Pancake on your statement is expected: it is our reseller. If you have questions about a charge, email us first. We'll sort it out faster than a bank dispute.
